Official Transcripts
Official transcript may be requested through Parchment Transcript Ordering Service. Parchment allows you to order and pay for transcripts online and send them electronically or by mail.
To get started, create a Parchment account:
- Go to the Parchment Transcript Ordering Service.
- Enter the name of your school in the search box and click Search.
- When your school appears, select it, enter your email address, and complete the remaining fields.

If you need assistance, the best first step is to log in to your Parchment account and visit the Parchment Help Center. There you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions and helpful articles.
From the Help Center, you can:
- Submit a web case for support
- Contact a Learner Support Representative
You can also use ParchieBot, an intelligent chat feature on the Parchment website that can answer questions and provide order information.
